When lying on the beach in Aruba, I told Derek, “ Honey, I just have a sudden craving for Paris Laduree macaroons’ delicate pistachio filling.”
Derek smiled, “ Why don’t we stop by Laduree in New York ?”
Suddenly I found myself walking on Fifth Ave, on the same path with Laduree’s fans like Carrie Bradshaw and Blair Waldorf to our favorite patisserie on Madison Ave.
And I can sit in Central Park for hours enjoying my macaroons and the pleasant melody of saxophone from far away!
